The moon hung high in the sky, casting its silvery glow over the Walmsley Forest. It was the Holiday Season and everyone was running around getting ready for the big celebration. Snow was in season just in time for Christmas. A hush fell over the snow-laden landscape as Marelle found a quiet spot to rest beneath the towering trees. The air was crisp, and the snow crunched softly beneath her boots. It was a sorrow moment on an anniversary that haunted Marelle every year just before Christmas. It was the anniversary of the passing of her only son Korey Francis. This was the tenth year and she needed to be alone far away from the noise and hustle of all the preparations. The quite of the forest was of great comfort and often offered great energy and connections to other vibrations. It was here Marelle felt closest to her son.
Unbeknownst to Marelle, just beyond the edge of perception in another dimension, the Incredible Cha stirred. A red, love-breathing dragon, the Cha lived in a realm just outside the Walmsley Forest beyond our world, always ready to provide excellent company to those lucky enough to encounter him.
As Marelle settled into her snowy sanctuary, the Cha materialized, its massive form blending seamlessly with the enchanted surroundings. Massive wings shimmered like ruby-hued silk as the dragon unfurled them, creating a spectacle of red against the snow. The sound was a swift swoosh and then quickly fell silent.
The Cha, in its infinite wisdom, was always in agreement with everyone. He had the remarkable ability to listen intently and respond with a harmonious accord to everything said in its presence. Marelle, however, remained unaware of the magical being now sharing the moonlit night with her. It was as if someone sent the Cha and neither was aware of the company they were about to keep.
The dragon moved gracefully through the snow, unaware of Marelle’s presence. Its scales glowed pink to red with an otherworldly radiance, casting a warm and inviting light. Marelle, initially startled by the sudden appearance of the mythical creature, decided to remain still and observe. This was a spectacular moment and one that was hard to take in at first. Marelle didn’t even breathe for a very long time.
As Marelle watched, the Cha began to exhibit its unique nature. It seemed to hum in agreement with the whispers of the wind whirling snow all around his magnificent stature. His spine vibrated and it seemed to make the leaves dance with the dragon as he shook his head from side to side. Every snowflake that gently fell from the branches above seemed to be met with a nod of approval from the dragon. It was a magnificent sight indeed.
Finally curiosity overcoming fear, and not wanting to miss out on this amazing opportunity Marelle softly spoke, “Beautiful dragon, do you know the magic of the forest?”
The Cha turned its head towards her, its eyes gleaming with an ancient wisdom. With a gentle exhalation of love-infused warmth, the dragon responded with a resounding agreement, its eyes conveying a deep understanding.
Marelle, feeling the warmth of the Cha’s love-infused flames, ventured further into conversation. “Tell me, wise Cha,” she began, “what secrets lie within the heart of this enchanted forest? What stories do the ancient trees whisper to you?”
The Cha responded with a rumble that seemed to echo through the snow-laden branches. It lifted its majestic head, and its eyes gleamed with a deep understanding. As if sharing the forest’s secrets, the dragon conveyed tales of ancient spirits that guarded the woodland, of mystical creatures that only revealed themselves to those with pure hearts, and of the eons-old magic that permeated every leaf and stone. It was everywhere and all around. The dragon also shared the secret to harnessing that magic with Marelle because he felt she had the temperance for it.
Encouraged by the dragon’s revelations, Marelle shared stories of her own life—of dreams and aspirations, of challenges faced and overcome and the times she lost her way. She spoke softly of the day 10 years ago when she discovered her son’s body and a single note lying silently on the floor. “My life was never the same after that.” The Cha listened attentively, its eyes tearing up and reflecting not only agreement but also a profound empathy for all she has endured. The dragon’s presence seemed to amplify the significance of Marelle’s experiences, turning a simple exchange into a meaningful reflection on the tapestry of life.
As the conversation deepened, Marelle found herself asking questions about the dragon’s origins and its role in the mystical realm just beyond the forest. The Cha, in response, conveyed the essence of its existence—an ancient guardian, a keeper of harmonious energies, and a silent companion to those who are in need and happen to ventured into the heart of the Walmsley Forest. He came to restore energies and Marelle’s had been off balance for quite some time.
The dragon’s tales extended beyond the boundaries of time and space, offering glimpses into realms where reality intertwined with the fantastical. Where thought is the means of transportation and anything is possible. He also spoke of lands full of love and compassion with opportunities one could only dream of. Marelle listened in awe as the Cha spoke of cosmic dances, occasional wish granting and celestial wonders, weaving a narrative that transcended the ordinary world. All around are worlds sights and sounds and each and everyone is an intricate part of that. In an instant everything fell in to place and made sense. Marelle and the Cha shared a collective sigh.
As Marelle and the Incredible Cha continued their heartfelt conversation beneath the moonlit boughs of the Walmsley Forest, Marelle couldn’t help but summon the courage to broach a topic that weighed heavily on her heart. With a deep breath, she spoke very slowly to the dragon, “Cha, can you tell me about the place where my son resides now?”
The Cha’s eyes, already brimming with ancient wisdom, took on a gentle, compassionate glow of shimmering pink. The dragon seemed to draw upon the fabric of reality itself as it began to describe the dimension where departed souls found their eternal rest.
“It is a realm,” the Cha began, its voice a soothing cadence, “where the colors transcend what mortal eyes can perceive. Imagine a tapestry of hues that dance and shimmer, a symphony of emotions manifesting as vibrant threads woven into the very fabric of existence. The most beautiful sunsets couldn’t even compare to the beauty there.”
The dragon continued to paint a vivid picture of this ethereal dimension, where time flowed like a river, meandering through the landscapes of memory and experience. “In this realm,” the Cha explained, “your son resides not as he once was, but as a radiant essence—a collection of moments, emotions, and the purest form of love. He exists in a state of pure energy, surrounded by the echoes of laughter, the warmth of shared embraces, and the timeless beauty of a love that transcends mortal understanding. He is here and he is everywhere he wishes to be.
The Cha spoke of landscapes that shifted with the emotions of the inhabitants, where meadows of tranquility and mountains of resilience stood tall. “Your son,” the dragon assured Marelle, “is not confined by the limitations of physical form. Instead, he is a part of the cosmic dance, a melody woven into the very fabric of the universe.”
As the Cha described the dimension, Marelle felt a profound sense of comfort. The dragon’s words painted a vision of a place where her son’s spirit thrived, free from the burdens of earthly trials. “In this dimension,” the Cha concluded, “your son is not lost, but transformed. He is a beacon of light in a realm where love is the currency, and the tapestry of existence is woven with the threads of shared experiences and enduring connections. He is with and of love, he IS love.”
Marelle, listening intently to the dragon’s description, felt a bittersweet warmth in her heart. The Cha’s words offered solace and a glimpse into a realm where the love she had for her son continued to resonate, where his presence was not a distant memory but an eternal, vibrant part of the cosmic symphony. And so, beneath the moonlit canopy, Marelle and the Incredible Cha explored not only the wonders of the earthly forest but also the ethereal dimensions that held the essence of those who had journeyed beyond the veil of mortal existence.
Their conversation flowed like a gentle stream, touching upon the wonders of the universe, the interconnectedness of all living things, and the beauty found in the simplest moments. They even shared some things they had in common if you could believe that.

All this and not one word was uttered. The entire exchange stayed silent just like the forest covered in a blanket of snow.
And so, in the heart of the Walmsley Forest, a profound connection blossomed between Marelle and the Incredible Cha, a connection that transcended the boundaries of their respective worlds. The conversation, filled with shared stories and unspoken understanding, left both the mortal and the mythical with a sense of fulfillment and the knowledge that, in that moment, they had touched something magical and extraordinary. Neither would ever be the same from their exchange. Marelle walked away with comfort in her heart and a wonder in her head if she would perhaps see him again one day. As she turned to get one last look, the Cha was gone but what blew to her feet was something unbelievable. It was the 11:11 that was once tattooed on her son’s arm. Right there in the snow that very tracing paper he drew it on that was lost years ago. As she picked it up and after a long pause she said…
“Everything that ever was will always be. Nothing is gone, nothing is lost, everything is linear, on and on it goes, on and on we go… waiting to be found again.” xo
